It is rare to find a product that can change customer perspective. For our property, Balconista has done just that.
Our west facing guest rooms have views of the Gulf of Mexico to the left and the Intercoastal Waterway to the right. However, our guests’ primary complaint was the view.
If you do not look to the left or the right, your view is an adjacent condo. And if you look down, your view is the parking lot.
Balconista’s Mesa Table provided a solution to focusing the guest’s gaze on the incredible water views they were missing.
We had a different challenge on our east facing rooms. Our old patio furniture had the guests sitting low enough that the top patio rail obstructed their Gulf views, and they were viewing the water through the bars of the railing. The Railrunner Largo Plus and elevated chairs provided unobstructed views of the water.
With these two amazing products, Balconista helped us improve our GRI due to the rave reviews we now receive about the views. Our Balconista products have held up nicely to 3 hurricanes, including a direct hit that blew out the patio doors but left the tables standing strong. And we can’t say enough good things about the great customer service we have received from Scott and Janet.
